The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Grounds for Revision of Court Decisions

The Bill (Reg. No.2015) introduces amendments to the Procedural Criminal Code of Ukraine, the Procedural Economic Code of Ukraine, the Procedural Civil Code of Ukraine, and the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Legal Procedure.

The Bill will eliminate gaps in the procedural legislation, and will define the grounds for revision of court decisions. The Bill establishes procedure of conducting judicial proceedings in all forms of legal proceedings: criminal, civil, economic and administrative.
